About Us

Jason Rybicki

              Participated in apprentice Machinist program at Streamwood High school.  Continued education at Elgin Community College with an associates degree in Industrial Manufacturing.  Pursued further education at DeVry University.  Graduated with a bachelors of Science Degree in Technical Management.   

              Industry experience began with setup and operating vertical machining centers.  Manufactured molds for the plastics and die cast industries. programmed CNC machines utilizing Cam software.  After 7 years in the manufacturing industry, transitioned into the service industry.  performed mechanical and electrical field service on CNC machines.  Attended service Training and certification classes at machine tool manufacturers facility.   Provided techincal phone support.  Coordinated field service scheduling.  Managed team of 10 field service engineers.
